WIRED Identity Based Leadership Coaching is for experienced professionals who are capable in their field but feel that leadership today demands a different level of thinking and decision-making than they were trained for. We help experienced professionals strengthen their cognitive leadership foundation and develop the systemic understanding required to lead confidently in a world shaped through constant changes: like AI, sustainability, financial accountability, globilisation, and governance. We move beyond theory into application and scenario training. We offer a 12 week, in-person, half day sessions. Over 12 weeks we teach you how to identify, reveal and take action in two areas: The Business and Your Behaviours/Reactions MONTH 1 - Self Awareness and Leadership Identity MONTH 2 - Language, Relationships and Human Dynamics MONTH 3 - Decision-Making and System Leadership THE BUSINESS We prepare you with the current and future business needs for internationally focused business' development. ✔️ Managing Financial Resources: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Sustainable Finance basics ✔️ AI today versus tomorrow - When, where and how to use in your everyday work and how to identify where to use it in your business ✔️ Sustainability and ESG - Understanding what it is, what it is means to your business financially and commercially and when to incorporate it versus ignore it. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Your Behaviours/Reactions We move away from "how you should lead" and trying to change your mindset. We look at your behaviours and why/where they come from as to support your awareness and learning of self to lead. We support, guide and teach (when necessary) how to lead yourself professionally and personally. We will continual work with "who you are" while applying this to your work and to support your transition into a different role. Our work is a blend (but not limited)to the following areas: ✔️ NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for behavioural change ✔️ Personality Hacker- Deep cognitive assessment w/ Myers Briggs ✔️ Heifetz's Adaptable Leadership - Leading through constant change ✔️ Foundations to Emotional Intelligence We adjust for who you are and for the working environment you are in or plan to be in the future.
