Vision and Mission
Do good and make money.
Every company can be both profitable and sustainable, and Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are better positioned to lead this transformational business transition.
We believe the only way to change how businesses and markets earn money is by creating an alternative, profitable, and sustainable way of doing business through leaders.
At the beginning and end of every day, the currency in which success is measured is through revenue and growth. Despite how well-intentioned you/your company are, it's hard to adjust your strategy, make business model adjustments, or act confidently when regulations are ‘stop & go’ and external economies and global leaders are on an uncertain roller coaster ride—the risks of getting it wrong feel high.
We support decision-making with an assessment report that provides insights into the potential risks, rewards, and impacts of ESG and sustainability, both before and during the early stages of data collection and reporting.
This way, as a business, you can assess the potential investment, customer value, and supply chain effect of Scope 3, identify and hire for the correct talent gaps, or build a solid case for funding.

Partner, NLP Therapy & Coaching
Michaela Raaby
Michaela Raaby works with what happens beneath leadership behaviour, the internal patterns that shape how leaders think, decide, and respond under pressure.
Her background spans sustainable innovation, from urban water systems to automated production to workplace transformation. This has shaped her understanding that change does not happen through information, but through experience and environment.
Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming, she helps leaders:
-
Recognise their internal responses in real time
-
Interrupt automatic patterns
-
Act with greater clarity and intention
She designs learning environments where leaders can test, observe, and adjust their behaviour directly, rather than discussing it in the abstract.
Her work focuses on the transition:
-
from reaction to choice
-
from assumption to clarity
-
from pressure to deliberate action
Working across cultures and sectors, she brings a global perspective to leadership, communication, and organisational dynamics.

Partner, Sustainability
Gabriela Danes
With a deep passion for sustainability and a commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting impact for businesses and the planet, Gabriela brings a wealth of experience from the private and public sectors. She specialises in translating ESG and CSRD requirements into tangible business value — from CO₂ and cost reduction to investor readiness, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Gabriela’s work goes beyond ticking boxes. She conducts strategic needs assessments across business models, operations, and supply chains,
helping companies uncover where ESG and sustainability can unlock competitive advantage and commercial value. Her expertise spans CSRD, CSDDD, GHG Protocol, SBTi frameworks, circular business models, and
ESG data systems — enabling her clients to navigate complex regulatory environments with clarity and confidence.
What sets Gabriela apart is her tailored, business-oriented approach: she believes no one-size-fits-all, and adapts every strategy to the unique structure, goals, and challenges of each company. By aligning ESG with core
business strategy, she helps clients transform risks into growth opportunities, embed sustainability into their value proposition, and
future-proof their operations.
Whether it’s about access to finance, market positioning, operational improvements, or stakeholder engagement, Gabriela’s approach ensures ESG is built into, not bolted onto, your business.

Partner, Generative AI Implementation
Mikkel Frimer-Rasmussen
Mikkel Frimer-Rasmussen helps SMEs turn real operational needs into practical generative AI solutions that create measurable value in everyday work.
His work focuses on where AI can make work easier, faster, clearer, or more cost-effective — without starting from a fixed technology solution. Instead, he helps leaders and teams clarify the actual problem, assess the practical options, and build the simplest solution that can create value in use.
With 30 years of experience across critical IT systems, enterprise architecture, programme leadership, management consulting, and software development, Mikkel brings a strong practical and strategic lens to AI implementation.
He helps companies:
-
Identify the workflows where generative AI can create real business value
-
Test ideas quickly before investing too much time or money
-
Build practical AI-supported tools, workflows, and decision support
-
Strengthen quality, security, and governance around AI-enabled work
Mikkel’s approach combines hands-on execution with honest strategic sparring. He works best with leaders and teams who bring a real business challenge, a clear goal, and openness to the possibility that the best solution may be simpler than expected.
Through Frimer-Rasmussen Consulting, he supports companies in moving from AI curiosity to practical implementation — with a focus on usable solutions, fewer false starts, and lasting value in operations.
What's with the llama?
My logo is a llama, and it isn't decoration.
The llama symbolises my Latin American roots, specifically my Abuelita (grandmother), mother, father, aunts, and uncles, who left the comfort of their beloved countries, Peru and Venezuela, in pursuit of a better life for themselves and their future children.
A llama is resilient and adaptable. It carries its own weight, it knows its boundaries, and it moves as part of a herd without losing itself in it. That is how I believe people should work in the age of AI: steady, deliberate, and still recognisably themselves.
Most tools push you to go faster. My work helps you stay clear, so you keep your own judgment intact and use AI on your terms rather than handing your thinking over to it. That doesn't mean that you move slower; this means you move more intentionally. I also believe a business can do good and make money at the same time, and that it starts with people and the decisions they make.
