WIRED for Identity Based Leadership is for experienced professionals who are capable in their field but feel that leadership today demands a different level of thinking and decision-making than they were trained for. We help experienced professionals in strengthen their cognitive leadership foundation and develop the systemic understanding required to lead confidently in a world shaped by AI, sustainability, and financial accountability while not conforming to outdated leadership molds. This occurs over a one month, at the beginning of each week you will have an in-person half day session. We move beyond theory into application and scenario training. We focus on two areas: The Business and Your Behaviours/Reactions THE BUSINESS We prepare you with the current and future business needs for internationally focused business' development. ✔️ Managing Financial Resources: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Sustainable Finance basics ✔️ AI today versus tomorrow - When, where and how to use in your everyday work and how to identify where to use it in your business ✔️ Sustainability and ESG - Understanding what it is, what it is means to your business financially and commercially and when to incorporate it versus ignore it. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT We move away from "how you should lead" into "how do you lead, as you are, within the organisation you are in today and want to be in tomorrow". We look at your behaviours and why/where they come from as to support your awareness and learning of self to lead. We want to support, guide and teach (when necessary) how to lead yourself professionally and personally. We will continual work with "who you are" while applying this to your work and to support your transition into a different role. Our work is a blend (but not limited)to the following areas: ✔️ NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for behavioural change ✔️ Personality Hacker- Deep cognitive assessment w/ Myers Briggs ✔️ Heifetz's Adaptable Leadership - Leading through constant change ✔️ Foundations to Emotional Intelligence We adjust for who you are and for the working environment you are in or plan to be in the future.
