WIRED is for aspiring leaders who want a blend of business and leadership development. DEFINITION OF ASPIRING LEADERS This means that you are either a seasoned professional, 10+ years working professionally in the workforce and you are curious, or have been indirectly acting as a leader, or want to become a leader. THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT We prepare you with the current and future business needs for internationally focused business' 1. Business basics: Managing Financial Resources: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Sustainable Finance 2. AI today versus tomorrow - how to use in your everyday life and potentially with a team. 3. Sustainability and ESG - Understanding what it is, what it is means to your business and when to incorporate it and ignore it. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT We move away from "how you should lead" into "how do you lead, as you are, within the organisation you are in today and want to be in tomorrow". We look at your behaviours and why/where they come from as to support your awareness and learning of self to lead. We want to support, guide and teach (when necessary) how to lead yourself professionally and personally.
