WIRED for Aspiring Leaders is for seasoned professionals with 10+ years working professionally and you are curious, or have been indirectly acting as a leader, or want to become a leader. THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT We prepare you with the current and future business needs for internationally focused business' development. ✔️ Managing Financial Resources: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Sustainable Finance basics ✔️ AI today versus tomorrow - When, where and how to use in your everyday work and potentially within your operations ✔️ Sustainability and ESG - Understanding what it is, what it is means to your business and when to incorporate it and ignore it. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT We move away from "how you should lead" into "how do you lead, as you are, within the organisation you are in today and want to be in tomorrow". We look at your behaviours and why/where they come from as to support your awareness and learning of self to lead. We want to support, guide and teach (when necessary) how to lead yourself professionally and personally. We will continual work with "who you are" while applying this to your work and to support your transition into a different role.
