Vision and Mission

Do good and make money.

We are working towards transitioning every global SME committed to transitioning and being a profitable sustainability company.

We believe the only way to change how businesses and markets earn money is by creating an alternative, profitable, and sustainable way of doing business.

At the beginning and end of every day, the currency in which success is measured is through revenue and growth. Despite how well-intentioned you/your company are, it's hard to adjust one’s strategy, make business model adjustments, or act confidently when regulations are ‘stop & go’ and external economies and global leaders are on an uncertain roller coaster ride. The risks of getting it wrong seem high.

We support decision-making through an assessment report, by providing insights into some potential risks, rewards, and effects of ESG and sustainability before you report or during the early stages of data collection and reporting.

This way, as a business, you can assess the potential investment, customer value, and supply chain effect of Scope 3, identify and hire for the correct talent gaps, or build a solid case for funding.

Meet the Team

We share the same vision and mission, but are strategic integrators and practitioners in different complementary ways.

We are an internationally experienced team with combined 40+ years of experience across global corporates, SMEs, public-private, academia, and SME-startup partnerships. For over a decade, we’ve embedded ESG into business models and sustainability strategies to create commercial impact. With SaaS B2B/B2C experience and an AI-enabled tool developed in 2023, we help reduce complexity, stress, and inefficiency by combining strategy with hands-on execution.

We have worked for companies such as NIRAS, Grundfos, LinkedIn (start-up into scale-up phases), RR Donnelley,

IT University's Open Entrepreneurship and the EU Framework Contracts for International Cooperation.

What's with the llama?

The llama symbolises my Latin American roots, specifically my Abuelita (grandmother), mother, father, aunts, and uncles, who left the comfort of their beloved countries, Peru and Venezuela, in pursuit of a better life for themselves and their future children.

Symbolically, or at least after a few Google and AI searches, the llama symbolises endurance, community, and gentle strength. At the core of the llama's symbolism lies the essence of cooperative spirit. With their ability to traverse challenging terrains while bearing heavy loads, llamas epitomise the virtues of resilience, reliability, and execution. Llamas are also inherently social animals, forming strong bonds. Their friendly nature makes them approachable and easy to connect with, fostering a sense of warmth and affection.

This animal symbolises not only me but also my commitment to my work and the service I aim to provide consistently. I want to make ESG more accessible, actionable, and valuable by revealing the business value, risks, and impact for companies, specifically, working with SMEs and where to start.
